About Us
Hi-Tech Precision was formed in 1999. Having initially set up in a small 1300 sq ft workshop, Hi-Tech has grown into a thriving supplier of high precision machined parts and sub-assemblies into a variety of blue chip industry
sectors.
Now located in an 9,000 sq ft factory in Havant (Hampshire), employing day and night shift staff.
R&D / New Product Design
We work closely with customers at the front end on new product design.
Proto-Type engineering, where we offer input and suggestions to help the manufacturing process going forward.
A significant part of our business is focused on small batch manufacturing prior to production launch.
We work closely with designers to take cost out and improve “manufacturability”.

Quality
Hi-Tech are approved to BS EN ISO 9001:2015. We also work in line with ISO TS16949, for the automotive industry sector to PPAP standards, and are also currently working towards OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001. To maintain these quality standards we employ the services of an external Quality Assurance consultant.
We can also offer our customers specific Databook requirements which include First Article inspection reports, Certificates of Conformity, Material Certification, Full dimension reports, Non Destructive Examination reports and full identification traceability.
